Remedial massage
Remedial massage is a therapeutic approach that targets specific areas of the body to alleviate pain, tension, and other issues. We utilize a variety of techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Release, Mobilisations, and Deep Tissue Massage. Cupping and Dry Needling is also optional.
Dry Needling will be available from April 2025.

Deep tissue massage
Deep Tissue Massage involves applying greater pressure to penetrate deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues. The added pressure also aids in injury recovery by breaking down scar tissue and adhesions, making it ideal for those experiencing chronic pain or discomfort.
