Clinical Remedial Therapy

Hands-on treatment designed to reduce pain, restore movement and improve overall function. Techniques are selected based on your assessment and may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, muscle energy techniques and joint mobilisations. This approach helps ease everyday muscle tension, address specific muscular dysfunction, and support long-term movement and recovery.

Advanced Dry Needling (included when appropriate)

Targeted needling that releases tight or irritated muscle tissue and calms nerve‑related pain patterns. It helps settle symptoms such as numbness, burning and radiating discomfort, while also easing everyday muscle tension and resetting overloaded or dysfunctional muscle groups. Dry needling supports recovery in tendinopathy, and works alongside other remedial techniques to reduce stress and promote a deeper sense of release.

Shockwave Therapy (included when clinically indicated)

A high‑energy, evidence‑supported modality used to stimulate tissue healing, reduce chronic tendon pain, and improve mobility in stubborn or long‑standing conditions. Shockwave helps increase circulation, break down irritated or overloaded tissue, and support recovery in load‑related injuries such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, gluteal tendinopathy, and other persistent pain patterns.
